Restored1968 Camaro

Description:

I started restoring this car about 16 years ago. Now has about 25K miles on it. When I got the car from the original
owner, the front suspension was shot and the motor was smoking really badly. I replaced every worn part, and had the motor bored, balanced, and put in an upgraded engine kit. Before I started assembly, I replaced two floor pans and both rear quarters. Then I coated the entire under-
carriage with POR-15. Still has no rust underneath. I originally put the car back to stock. I have been putting on upgrades ever since.

Now I have a nice Camaro that has had many upgrades. All numbers matching 327, bored (30) and balanced w/ full rollers (tips and fulcrums). It has the original iron 2 bbl intake with a new Holley 350 cfm w/accelerator pump, a MSD ignition box, heads reworked w/ bigger valves, and the distributor has been indexed. Shorty ceramic headers, a newer big Chevy radiator, SSBC discs, calipers, and booster in front. The original 3 speed manual tranny with a Hurst floor shifter, and the original 273 rear axle. Every suspension part was replaced. All original interior except carpet. I have every receipt for parts I bought, and have a full set of body gaskets, window weather-stripping, and a few other new parts. The body does need minor body repairs.
